FRIENDS OF MONA 4-WHEELER RIDE

We were proud to be invited by DeAnn and Kevin and the other Friends of Mona to go on a 4-wheeler ride up Mona Pole Canyon.  We considered it quite an honor! 

This particular group of people, plus the few from Nephi that joined us, are very seasoned ATV riders.  George and I, not so much!

We had a great time and feel like we gained some good 4-wheeling experience. Driving down the mountain in the dark had to count for something too!

Since summer vacations is coming quickly to a close I wanted to make sure I got in a good visit to Kylee, Conner and Nixon's in Logan before I had to go back to school. We convinced Kaydee to bring the kids up to join us for part of the time.
The first night Conner provided us with some great food and entertainment at his Wells Fargo company picnic.  We were a bit timid at first, but everyone was very nice and welcoming to all of us, his wives!  The kids absolutely had a blast swimming that night and I'm sad I didn't take any pictures.
We spent an entire day at Bear Lake just lounging on the beach and playing in the water.  It was a lot of fun. The kids were exhausted by the end of the day and a bit redder than we intended them to be.
